Neal is an environmental engineer who has had 45 years’ experience in surface water, groundwater and wastewater projects. He has undertaken a wide range of projects for central government agencies, regional and local authorities, as well as private industries and businesses. Projects that Neal has been involved with range from feasibility studies, design reports, environmental impact assessments, consenting and design audits.
Neal’s experience includes projects in; the land treatment of wastewater from industries, agricultural effluents and municipal sewage treatment plants; irrigation engineering; and surface water and groundwater consenting. He is also a panel member for the accreditation of Companies for both irrigation design and farm dairy effluent system design.
Neal is frequently involved in peer reviewing technical reports and assessments prepared by others.
